'The Butcher, The Baker, The Wine & Cheese Maker' is a cookbook presenting some of the movers and shakers behind the 'farm to table' experience in the Okanagan region. Recipes provided by local chefs and restauranteurs include the farms/farmers as well the winermaker and wine pairing from winery.
I was commissioned for this project by Okanagan writer and wine aficionado, Jennifer Schell.
